Arkansas east of I49. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. 
Movement was to the north at around 40 mph. The average amount where 
it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum 
amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch. Coverage, and 
intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast 
for the rest of the night, a slight chance of showers then showers 
likely and a slight chance of thunderstorms, otherwise mostly cloudy 
with temperatures remaining fairly steady from 59 to 63 degrees and 
southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
