...BITTERLY COLD THIS MORNING WITH SLICK AREAS ON ROADS...

Temperatures and wind chills will remain below zero early this
morning and then slowly warm into the single digits above zero by
mid morning. 

Black ice has formed this morning on some of the cleared roads.
Secondary roads will continue to be slick and snow covered as 
well. 

Slow down and allow extra time for the morning commute.
