Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting up to 45 mph. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM AKST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility down to a half mile. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds ahead of an approaching frontal system will increase this afternoon and evening causing areas of significant blowing snow to develop. A new round of falling snow will begin this evening into tonight near the Kuskokwim Delta coastline and continue through Thursday. Winds will continue to increase through Thursday with gust of 35 to 45 mph possible through Thursday evening. Expect the worst visibility reductions down to 1/2 mile from falling and blowing snow between Kipnuk and Hooper Bay until snow ends and warmer air moves into the area, allowing conditions to gradually improve by Thursday evening.
