Sunny skies prevailed across the area during the afternoon hours.
It remained cold with temperatures at 4 PM ranging from 4 to 12
degrees. Wind chills ranged from zero to 15 below zero. 

Another very cold night is on tap for the area, with lows falling
below zero and wind chills ranging from 15 to 35 below zero. Be
sure dress appropriately if you head outside. 

The frigid conditions will continue through the week and into the
weekend. Much of the week will be dry, but there is the potential
for some light show or flurries from late Thursday into Friday, 
and again over the weekend. Any accumulations would be light, with
a dusting to one an inch in most places.
