Temperatures at 3AM ranged from 32 below zero in Merrill, to 20 below in Rhinelander, 14 below in Wausau, 8 below in Green Bay, and 5 below in Manitowoc. Wind chill values were colder in any location which had wind, ranging from 20 to 30 below in most places. For today, clouds will move in from the west making for partly cloudy skies across most of the area. Highs will be in the single digits above zero, with wind chills ranging from 10 to 20 below for most of the day. The frigid conditions will continue through the week and into the weekend. Much of the week will be dry, but there is the potential for some light show showers or flurries from late Thursday into Friday, and again over the week. Any accumulations would be light, with a dusting to half an inch in most places. $$ KLJ
