.AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW TO PERSIST OVER PARTS OF THE RED RIVER
VALLEY OF NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA...

Satellite and area weather cams indicate continued narrow bands of
snow showers and greatly reduced visibilities in bands from
Hallock through Warren MN to around Crookston and Red Lake
Falls. Visibilities in these areas will vary greatly and can go 
from great to very poor in a short distance. Use caution. These 
blowing snow bands will last through the afternoon.
