in the teens and twenties below zero. A lengthy period of very cold 
conditions is expected to start this weekend, lasting well into next 
week. Hazardous wind chills colder than 25 degrees below zero are 
likely this weekend into next week. Dress warm, take breaks from 
being outside, and be sure to have a winter survival kit in your car 
if traveling.
