Windy conditions persist across the area, but are diminishing slowly 
as the sun sets. These winds will create patchy blowing snow and 
drifting snow. Gusty northwest winds are on tap for Thursday as a 
cold front moves through and temperatures will drop back into the 
teens and 20s. A system sliding to our south will bring a chance for 
light snow Saturday afternoon and evening, mainly to southeastern 
North Dakota and west central Minnesota.
