.DISCUSSION...

Current-Overnight-Tue...High pressure will be over the region and 
therefore a presence across ECFL during the period. Another cold 
night in store with MClear skies into/thru Tue. Away from larger 
cities, much of rural and normally cooler locations of ECFL will 
fall into the M-U30s for lows. Low 40s for metro Orlando and 
immediate coast, except M-U40s for St. Lucie/Martin immediate coasts 
and adjacent barrier islands. Light to calm winds with some patchy 
frost possible late/early Tue morning for a few hour period across 
south-central Osceola thru Okeechobee and perhaps SW interior 
Brevard and W Indian River counties. A Frost Advisory remains for 
north Lake/inland Volusia counties and patchy to areas of frost may 
be realized here, not to mention the northern fringes of north 
Seminole and northwest Orange counties. Rain chances will be near 
zero over the next 24-36 hrs. The pressure gradient remains weak on 
Tue with light winds becoming NE to ENE and increasing to 5-10 mph. 
Highs on Tue in the M-U60s to 70 degrees, and perhaps L70s for 
Okeechobee, St. Lucie, and Martin counties.

.AVIATION...VFR conditions expected with MClear skies and winds 
becoming NE/ENE on Tue and increasing to 5-10 kts.

.MARINE...Current-Overnight-Tue...Favorable boating conditions 
returning, though it will be a cool start to the day. MClear skies 
and no precip forecast. A weak pressure gradient will remain over 
the area with wind speeds 5-10 kts and directional component of 
NWRLY, veering N by around daybreak, and further NNE-NE thru the 
day. Seas generally AOB 3 ft areawide.

.FIRE WEATHER...Previous...Min RH values 30-35 percent for large 
portions of the interior Tue afternoon, with around 35 percent for 
the interior (Osceola north) on Wed afternoon. Wind speeds will 
remain well below 15 mph.
