Lake enhanced rain and snow showers southeast diminish this evening, 
little to no additional accumulations. Surface high pressure builds 
in tonight, with dry and milder, but breezy conditions for 
Wednesday. A significant storm system arrives Thursday bringing a 
soaking rain, along with warm and breezy conditions. Christmas Eve, 
rain changes to snow from west to east with some accumulating snows. 
This will be accompanied by much colder air with potentially heavy 
lake effect snow east of Lakes Erie and Ontario on Christmas Day 
into the holiday weekend.
