.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to strong
northerly breezes and steep seas will persist today, particularly 
south of Cape Mendocino. A series of fronts will bring periods of 
stronger southerly breezes from Friday through the weekend. A modest 
northwest swell will persist for the next several days, followed by 
another large westerly swell building into the waters Sunday into 
Monday.
