.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Mid period seas will
fluctuate near 10 feet this morning, with higher and steeper seas
expected to persist south of Cape Mendocino through the day. A 
lull is expected by this evening before a larger long period 
swell builds late tonight. On Wednesday, this long-period swell 
is forecast to build to around 20 feet, resulting in a threat 
for shoaling and large breaking waves nearshore and in harbor 
entrances. Otherwise, light to moderate winds are expected 
through the week, with the strongest northerlies expected to 
occur on Thursday.
