* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 20 to 30 mph with localized 
  gusts over 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Over and downwind of terrain on the Big Island, Maui,
  Lanai, and Kahoolawe.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday, though the greatest chance for
  strong winds will be during the evening.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong are capable of downing trees and
  causing power outages.
