* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest and western 
  Pennsylvania, western Maryland and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
