.AVIATION...Stratus/MVFR ceilings have already developed over the
inland coastal plains into the eastern Brush Country with pockets
of IFR ceilings and fog with IFR vsbys. Stratus will continue to
move west through the rest of the Brush Country 08-09Z with IFR
ceilings that will continue to affect LRD/COT sites until 14Z. 
IFR ceilings/vsbys will become prevalent over the inland coastal 
plains and eastern Brush Country from 08-10Z with areas of LIFR 
vsbys in fog. MVFR ceilings will occur over the coastal areas from
08-14Z. Ceilings will lift to MVFR by mid morning and scatter out
to VFR over the western Brush Country and coastal areas by 17Z. 
MVFR ceilings will linger into the afternoon over the inland 
coastal plains becoming VFR by 21Z. The cold front will push south
through Texas today and move into south Texas around 00Z Saturday.
MVFR ceilings will occur behind the front, reaching COT at 00Z, 
LRD/VCT at 01Z, and CRP/ALI at 02Z.

Extended the CFW to include the islands north of Port Aransas for
the 09-14z Friday period, based on current/expected tide 
observations at Port O'Connor. No other significant changes
(agree that at least patchy fog still likely given expected
atmospheric profiles, and that no significant precipitation 
expected given subsidence.)
