  North Central Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Southern Parke County in west central Indiana...
  West Central Putnam County in west central Indiana...
  Southwestern Vermillion County in west central Indiana...
  Northern Vigo County in west central Indiana...

* Until 530 AM EDT.

* At 217 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen due 
  to a series of thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Terre Haute, Clinton, Fairview Park, Rosedale, Carbon, Universal, 
  Bridgeton, Fontanet, North Terre Haute, Lena, Shepardsville, Cecil 
  Harden Lake and Sandford.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
