SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, Northwest winds of 15 to 25
  kts, decreasing by evening.
  
* For the Gale Watch, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40
  kts and waves building to 4 to 7 ft on the Bay, to 8 to 12 ft on
  the Lake.

* WHERE...Green Bay south of line from Cedar River to Rock 
  Island Passage and north of a line from Oconto WI to Little 
  Sturgeon Bay WI, Green Bay south of line from Oconto WI to 
  Little Sturgeon Bay WI, Rock Island Passage to Sturgeon Bay 
  WI, Sturgeon Bay to Two Rivers WI and Two Rivers to Sheboygan 
  WI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this 
  evening. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday morning through 
  late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and waves.
