Outlook: Low humidities and strong winds will create an elevated fire risk this afternoon and early evening. Discussion: Afternoon relative humidities will drop to between 25 and 35 percent. This will combine with occasional wind gusts of up to 30 mph to create an elevated fire risk. Burning is not recommended, especially across west central Indiana where conditions have been abnormally dry for some time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
