.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Low pressure slides north of the waters this afternoon to slightly
enhance winds across the northern waters. High pressure aloft 
builds Saturday night and strengthens through early next week.
Surface thermal low pressure pushes north from California 
Sunday for northerly winds then northeasterly winds across the 
waters Monday and Tuesday.
