Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Escambia River Near Century.
* Until further notice.
* At 1:05 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 1:05 AM CDT Thursday was 18.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.1 feet 
  tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 24.2 feet, RECORD FLOOD of March 18th 1990 - Water 
  enters several houses on Worley Road, Daffin Road, and Fairground 
  Road.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.4 
  feet on 03/18/1990.
