.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds from 5 to 15 
knots are expected today through early tomorrow as a weak front
pushes across the area. North winds will really ramp up tomorrow
evening and into Saturday after the front pushes inland and 
high pressure builds toward the coast. Steep waves are expected 
to reach 8 to 10 feet this weekend, highest outside 10 nautical 
miles from shore.
