At 7:24 am... National Weather Service doppler radars continue to
indicate scattered showers and thunderstorms moving east 
northeast at around 25 mph across eastern Oklahoma. 

Through 10:00 am... isolated thunderstorms and scattered showers 
are expected to persist across eastern Oklahoma into western 
Arkansas. The greatest concentration of activity is likely to
occur across southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas. The 
strongest storms will be capable of producing gusty winds and 
locally heavy rainfall.
