* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Delaware County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Northern Haskell County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Sequoyah County in east central Oklahoma...
  Cherokee County in east central Oklahoma...
  Eastern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 757 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in 
  the advisory area. Radar estimates of 1 to 2 inches of rain have 
  fallen over parts of the advisory area.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...

Additional rainfall of around 1 inch and locally higher is expected 
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes Interstate 40 in Oklahoma between mile markers 278 and
297.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
