Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be moving out of Hudspeth
county and continue to move through southern Otero county until 
5 PM. The main threat with these storms will be locally heavy rain
with accumulations of up to an inch which could resulting some
flooding of low lying areas. In addition to the heavy rain, pea to
half inch diameter hail and wind gusts to 45 mph are possible with
the strongest storms.
