Most of the region saw cloud cover this morning through the noon 
hour. A trace of precipitation was reported at Goodland this 
morning. Temperatures as of 1 PM MDT, 2PM CDT ranged from 64 in 
Yuma, CO to 80 in Leoti, KS

OUTLOOK... Cloudy conditons will continue this afternoon. Beginning 
around 3pm MDT, severe storms will be possible through midnight 
starting West of the Colorado border and moving into Northwestern 
Kansas. These storms may produce tornadoes, large hail, gusty winds, 
and heavy rainfall that could cause flash flooding. The rest of the 
week will have temperatures slowly rise back towards 100 with 
afternoon and evening storms possible.
