The areas affected include...
  Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm...

At 412 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Sandy Hook, moving southeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Sea Girt Reef, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Sandy Hook Reef, Atlantic
Highlands and Fair Haven.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
