At 10:52 AM... National Weather Service radars continued to 
detect isolated showers and a few thunderstorms across extreme  
northeast Oklahoma and extreme northwest Arkansas. The activity 
was moving east northeast at around 15 mph.

Thru 1:00 PM... Isolated showers and thunderstorms will persist 
across far northeast Oklahoma and across parts of northwest 
Arkansas. Locally heavy rain and small hail may occur from 
stronger thunderstorms.
