The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Grayson County in central Kentucky...
  Ohio County in central Kentucky...

* Until 415 PM CDT.

* At 1217 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain and flooding across the warned area. Over the 
  past 24 hours up to 6 inches of rain has fallen on parts of the 
  area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing 
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, 
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Hartford, Beaver Dam, Centertown, Mchenry, Rockport, Horse Branch,
  Taffy, Steff, Tousey and Windy Hill.

Voluntary evacuations have begun in Beaver Dam for people who wish 
to evacuate.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
