The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Barren County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 1104 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Glasgow, Horse Cave, Cave City, Park City, Eighty Eight, Red Cross,
  Coral Hill, Pritchardsville, Lecta and Haywood.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the next 
hour. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
