...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT SATURDAY FOR
NORTHEASTERN HARFORD COUNTY...

At 1130 PM EDT, reporting gauges indicated flooding across the area.
A crest of high water is working down Deer Creek towards Darlington. 
The crest has past Rocks State Park, and will reach Darlington after 
midnight. This warning will be extended shortly.

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Pylesville, Darlington, Street, Cardiff, Scarboro and Whiteford. 

This includes flood prone locations 
Walters Mill Road at Ady Road...
Shawnee Drive at Walters Mill Road...
Sandy Hook Road near Deer Creek...
and Darlington Road at Deer Creek Road.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
