The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Central Crosby County in northwestern Texas...
  Southwestern Floyd County in northwestern Texas...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 930 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. 
  Around two inches of rain has fallen in this area, and another one 
  to two inches is expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crosbyton, Ralls, Kalgary, Caprock and Cone.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small 
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying 
spots.
