[Short Term - Rest of today to Saturday night] Current satellite imagery showing the upper level trough continuing to move eastward. As it moves out, a upper level ridge will build in out of the west. This will allow for drier and warmer conditions to begin this weekend and continue into the middle of next week. [Long Term - Sunday to Friday] An upper level ridge will continue to build into the area. Drier air and increasing subsidence will result in less cloud cover and little to no chance of rainfall. Temperatures will begin an upward trend during this period with max temps getting into the low to mid 90's. Later during the week, winds will become southeasterly allowing for dewpoints to also trend upwards. Max RH values near the end of the period will be in the mid to high 90's which is below heat advisory criteria but important to mention nonetheless. Low rainfall chances are also forecasted at the end of next week with the return of onshore flow. Additionally, guidance points to possible development in the Gulf of Mexico. Forecast confidence is low at the moment however it will be monitored closely as time progresses. Stigger 87 MARINE... A weak cold front has moved out of the coastal waters today. High pressure will begin to build in allowing for offshore flow through the weekend. Early next week winds will shift out of the east shortly before the return of onshore flow. && .PRELIMINARY POINT TEMPS/POPS...
