  Guadalupe River Near Bloomington affecting Refugio, Calhoun and 
  Victoria Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Guadalupe River Near Bloomington.
* Until further notice.
* At 8:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening 
  to 20.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall to 20.2 
  feet and begin rising again Monday morning. It will rise to 23.5 
  feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above 
  flood stage.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs, with the 
  river reaching well into the flood plain. Any oil tank batteries, 
  pump jacks, and secondary roads near the river may be flooded
