* At 1110 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 22 nm southeast of R2 Tower to 37 nm south of Tug
  Rio Caroni to near Amelia City, moving east at 55 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
