18Z issuance...VFR conditions will then occur over the area for 
the remainder of this afternoon and into this evening. By around 
07/06z-07z, expect some areas of MVFR visibilities to develop as 
patchy fog forms across portions of the region. After about 07/10z
through 07/14z, some IFR to LIFR ceilings could develop in and 
around the fog areas, then some of these ceilings could linger 
until 07/18z Tuesday as showers develop and move into the region
from the west. Light and variable winds inland areas this afternoon,
while more light southerly closer to the coast. Light and variable
to calm winds inland areas overnight, becoming light southerly 
across most of the area by later in the day on Tuesday. /12
