Low pressure pushing swiftly across the Deep South today will move offshore of South Carolina this evening, then move out to sea Wednesday. Persistent onshore flow will lead to abundant clouds and increasing chances for drizzle or rain through tonight. A drying trend is expected Wednesday as the low moves farther offshore. High pressure will slowly build in from the Midwest through the end of the week. Breezy, drier and milder conditions are expected as a result. The high will gradually move offshore over the weekend leading to a continued warming trend in temperatures. A cold front may approach from the Ohio Valley by early next week. $$
