...ICY PATCHY CONDITIONS COULD DEVELOP THIS EVENING...

Widespread rain continues across southern and eastern Minnesota
and western Wisconsin early this evening. Temperatures in these 
areas are still above freezing, but colder air will arrive later 
this evening following the departure of the rain. If surfaces 
cannot dry before the subfreezing air arrives, icy patches are 
expected overnight. Drive with caution and anticipate this 
potential through Friday morning.
