CDT/ TODAY TO 6 AM MDT /7 AM CDT/ FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches.
  Sustained winds of 35-45 mph are expected with gusts as high as
  55 mph. Blowing snow will be possible. The strongest winds will
  occur late this afternoon into this evening.

* WHERE...In Kansas, Cheyenne County. In Colorado, Yuma County 
  and Kit Carson County Counties. In Nebraska, Dundy and 
  Hitchcock Counties.

* WHEN...From noon MDT /1 PM CDT/ Thursday to 6 AM MDT /7 AM 
  CDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could 
  combine with snow to produce reduced visibilities.
