Another cluster of showers and storms stretched across east central Oklahoma through northwest Arkansas. Both areas were moving northeast at around 50 mph. Through 9 AM... showers and storms are expected to increase across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwestern Arkansas. Rainfall rates up to 1 inch per hour will be possible at times.
