* WHEN...Until 8 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult and could 
  blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down 
  and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roadways affected by gusty winds include
