.DISCUSSION...The lower Colorado River Valley will lie under a
dry northwest flow through the weekend. This will offer up light
winds, favoring a light west-northwest direction during the
daytime and light northeast drainage overnight. On Monday,
a stronger system dropping southeast through the area will usher
in a resurgence of north winds Monday afternoon through Tuesday.
