High temperatures on Tuesday ranged from the mid 30s to lower 40s.
Light snow lingered across portions of the Tri-State area late 
Tuesday morning, mainly east of Highway 83 at Hill City and 
McCook. As of 5 am MST this morning, 1 to 3 inches of snow cover 
remains on the ground over much of the Tri-State area. Low 
temperatures this morning ranged from the upper teens to lower 
20s.

OUTLOOK... Cloud cover will increase from west to east today, 
with highs in the 40s. Cloud cover will decrease from west-east
early Thursday morning, with lows ranging from the upper teens to
mid 20s. Similar conditions will persist through the remainder of
the work week. A significant warming trend is anticipated this
weekend, with near record highs in the 60s and 70s, warmest on
Sunday.
