.SYNOPSIS...It will be dry and mild today, under mostly sunny 
skies. Another quick moving system will bring a chance of snow and 
rain showers from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. 
Gusty northeast winds will develop Wednesday evening and continue 
into Thursday. A gradual warming trend begins Friday, lasting into 
the weekend.

.DISCUSSION...A s/wv ridge will move across the state today and 
will result in a relatively calm and warm day. Another fast-moving 
and cold low will drop into the northern Great Basin this evening 
and quickly into Arizona on Wednesday. This low will bring another 
round of convective rain and snow showers, along with gusty north 
and northeast winds. These gradients will persist into Thursday and 
will be reinforced again on Friday. Current forecasts have these 
trends in hand and no updates are needed.

.AVIATION...For the 18Z package...Light winds are expected through 
the period, but an approaching weather system will bring increasing 
cloud cover, with chances for showers for areas along and north of 
the Mogollon Rim after 12Z. Aviation discussion not updated for TAF 
amendments.

.FIRE WEATHER...Today will be dry with light winds. A fast moving 
trough of low pressure will move across Arizona on Wednesday with 
gusty northerly winds and chances for rain and mountain snow.

.Thursday through Saturday...Dry conditions and northerly to 
northeasterly breezes Thursday through Saturday as surface high 
pressure develops over the area.
