...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County South Coast and Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and 
  make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be between Refugio
  Beach and the Gaviota tunnel on Highway 101 as well as the
  western Santa Ynez Range.
