According to PTWC an earthquake occurred at 17.9 NORTH 66.7 WEST 
at 10:53 PM AST JAN 12 2020 AST. 

The earthquake has been reported as felt across south and 
western Puerto Rico with a preliminary magnitude of 4.5 at a 
depth of 8 miles. 

Based on location and magnitude the earthquake was not sufficient to
generate a tsunami damaging to Puerto Rico...the Virgin Islands...the
U.S. Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coasts or eastern Canada. Some of these
areas may experience non-damaging sea level changes.
