At 8:57 AM...Doppler radars detected scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms across portions of eastern Oklahoma. This 
activity was located south of a Shamrock to Poteau line, and 
moving northeast at around 45 mph.

Through 10:45 AM...Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will be possible for areas of eastern Oklahoma into west-central
Arkansas, south of a Ralston to Ozark line. Light to moderate
rainfall will be most common, with locally heavy downpours likely
with thunderstorms. Coverage and intensity of this activity will
continue to gradually increase through the morning.
