This activity was located south of a Shamrock to Poteau line, and moving northeast at around 45 mph. Through 10:45 AM...Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible for areas of eastern Oklahoma into west-central Arkansas, south of a Ralston to Ozark line. Light to moderate rainfall will be most common, with locally heavy downpours likely with thunderstorms.
