Skies were mostly sunny across the region early this afternoon.
Northerly winds at 15 to 20 mph were observed, with gusts up to 30
mph at times. At 12 PM MT (1 PM CT), temperatures ranged from 40
degrees in Norton, Kansas to 46 degrees in Leoti, Kansas.  

OUTLOOK... Expect low temperatures in the mid teens to mid 20s
overnight under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Northwest
winds are expected at 10 to 15 mph. 

Dry conditions and highs in the 40s are forecast through the
weekend, with the exception of Saturday when temperatures reach
the 50s and low 60s across the region. Overnight low temperatures
stay mainly in the 20s through Sunday night.
