.DISCUSSION...
Band of higher moisture, mainly concentrated in the lower levels, 
and elevated SE flow on the southwest side of a ridge over the 
west Atlantic will maintain mostly cloudy skies and scattered to
numerous showers across the area into the afternoon. Much of this
activity will be light, with rainfall amounts less than a tenth of
an inch. However, along the Treasure Coast localized heavier
rainfall will continue to be possible as training rain bands may
be able to produce additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches 
across Martin and inland St. Lucie counties. Cloudier conditions
will keep temperatures in the mid to upper 70s for most locations
this afternoon.

.AVIATION...Scattered to numerous showers, producing mainly light
rainfall amounts will persist into the afternoon. Tempo IFR/MVFR
conditions may occur with any heavier showers, but for the most
part any significant reductions in cig/vis should be limited, with
overall VFR conditions expected.

.MARINE...Poor boating conditions will continue over much of the
waters through this afternoon and into tonight, with moderate 
swells and east to southeast winds up to 15-20 knots offshore 
keeping seas up to 6 feet. Have allowed SCA to expire, but small 
craft should continue to exercise caution across the adjacent 
Atlantic waters, except nearshore Volusia where winds/seas are
slightly lower.
