Band of higher moisture, mainly concentrated in the lower levels, and elevated SE flow on the southwest side of a ridge over the west Atlantic will maintain mostly cloudy skies and scattered to numerous showers across the area into the afternoon. Much of this activity will be light, with rainfall amounts less than a tenth of an inch. However, along the Treasure Coast localized heavier rainfall will continue to be possible as training rain bands may be able to produce additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches across Martin and inland St. Lucie counties. Cloudier conditions will keep temperatures in the mid to upper 70s for most locations this afternoon. && .AVIATION...Scattered to numerous showers, producing mainly light rainfall amounts will persist into the afternoon.
