support fair dry weather for the first half of the weekend. 
Conditions will then significant deteriorate as a large...complex 
storm system will overspread the Great Lakes Sunday into Monday. 
While this will result in widespread rain for the bulk of the 
forecast area...there could be a troublesome mix of rain and ice 
across the North Country.
