  Waters from Pt. Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and westward 60 nm
  including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands...

* Until 500 PM PST.

* At 429 PM PST, A possible waterspout was located 6 NM south of 
  Point Conception, moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated a possible waterspout .

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
